What do I do if I lose my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password? Click here” on the log-in page and follow the instructions on the page.
We will send a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.
If you are still unable to log in, please email email@example.com.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to the customer center. Then, go to the “My Account” section. Enter your new password, confirm it, and save it.
What do I do if I want to make a change to a subscription?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us your current subscription or product and what change you want to make.
How do I cancel my subscription?
What do I do if I am not receiving emails from Fallible?
Please send us an email to email@example.com.
We will check if there are any problems in our system related to the deliverability of emails and your account.
In the meantime please make sure the emails are not going to spam.
